It has been annoying me for some time that i was unable to read / check temperatures on my raq550,s so i decided to try and get this working :) and here is how i did it and make my server email me if the hard drive temperatures exceed my own pre-defined limit

Yes at last i have managed to install CentOS 5.4 and BlueOnyx on my RaQ 550 see just how i did this

Just to let anyone who is interested know, my raq 550 with centos5.4 and blueonyx on is running exceptioally well absolutely no problems with it at all !
It runs sweet and is updating fine.

Anyone who knows me will be aware of my African Grey parrots :) well we also have a very nice Umbrella Cockatoo called "pancho" he talks and loves attention he is happiest when he can sit on someones arm and chat to them :)
